Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems, scheduling software, and inventory management tools is commonly required. Excellent communication, adaptability, and conflict resolution abilities help you effectively manage teams and customer interactions. These skills are crucial for ensuring efficient operations, meeting business goals, and maintaining a productive work environment.
