Job Description The purpose of this position is related to cost and estimating and leads the preparation and management of Project Controls change management activities on the project.

This position reports to the Project Controls Manager. This role requires a robust knowledge of the systems and work processes associated with change management and control. The individual in this position is responsible for the development, maintenance and administration of the Change Management system and work process.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Administer the Change Management process on the project Facilitate coordination meetings between disciplines, management and client personnel in order to ensure timely communication of potential project variations and changes Understand contractual terms and conditions and ensure they are addressed in the CM system Develop an overall understanding of the original contract scope of work Actively recognizes and initiates potential deviations, trends, & change orders Development of home office/construction labor, material and subcontract estimates for all deviations with support from discipline leads and estimating group Chair meetings as required with project team to status and expedite the deviation process Administers and expedites approval process within approval limits of authority Engage estimating as necessary to provide robust and timely input to the change process Coordinate with back charge coordinator as required Develop and maintain the change management log Reconcile change log to EcoSys and Primavera at a minimum of once per month Periodic Reporting of Change status Supervise a small team of employees Basic Job Requirements Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and ten (10) to fifteen (15) years of work-related execution experience Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner Other Job Requirements Adhere to and support Fluor's Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability Policies Participate in training courses Support and actively participate in Fluor Project Controls Global Initiatives Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards and modify as required Preferred Qualifications Fluor Canada rewards hard work, knowledge, and commitment. Salary is based upon experience. Salary Range: $118,000.00 - $218,000.00 The market rate for the role is typically at the mid-point of the salary range; however, variations in final salary are determined by additional factors such as the candidate's qualifications, relevant years of experience, geographic location, internal pay equity, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.
