Assistant Spa Manager

Scents of Serenity Organic Spa has been voted Best Day Spa for 13 consecutive years by Virginia Living Magazine readers. We are proud to have been recognized by INC 5000 as one of the fastest-growing private companies in the United States in 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025, and ranked #9 on the RVA25 list of fastest-growing locally owned businesses in Richmond in 2023.

Rooted in a holistic and organic approach to wellness, Scents of Serenity specializes in luxurious, results-driven services delivered through extraordinary hospitality and thoughtfully curated sensory experiences. We offer our guests a beautifully tranquil atmosphere-and we are equally committed to providing an exceptional, supportive, and growth-oriented workplace for our team.

We are currently seeking a full-time Assistant Spa Manager to join our Short Pump location. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality-driven leader who is seeking long-term growth with an expanding, locally owned luxury spa brand.

Our Assistant Spa Managers are deeply integrated into our culture, operations, and future vision. We are seeking someone who is committed, dependable, and genuinely excited to grow with Scents of Serenity over time.

Why Our Team Loves Working Here

"I have worked for Scents of Serenity for eight years and have loved watching the spa grow with the incredible support and dedication of our staff. Melanie has been the best leader I have worked for in over 25 years in the spa industry. Her work ethic and compassion for employees and clients are why we are a five-star spa."

- Tracy, Master Esthetician & Trainer

"Scents of Serenity is truly a dream job. The environment is beautiful, the services are thoughtfully designed, and the team is incredibly talented and supportive. The room for growth is huge, and I feel so grateful to work here."

- Jackie, Massage Therapist
