Objective and Purpose:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top dental professionals and support staff to meet the staffing needs of the organization's multi-state operations. This includes building relationships with candidates, managing the recruitment process, and ensuring exceptional candidate experience. The role supports the organization's growth by identifying talent that aligns with clinical excellence, culture, and long-term organizational goals.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical positions across multiple states
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and industry contacts
  • Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to identify qualified candidates
  • Coordinate interviews and candidate communication with hiring managers
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates for future needs
  • Partner with practice leadership to understand staffing needs and workforce planning goals
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, credentialing requirements, and organizational policies
  • Maintain accurate recruitment metrics, reporting, and candidate documentation
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare or dental organizations
  • Experience recruiting for healthcare roles is a nice addition
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms

Position Base Pay Range
