Job description

A growing start-up residential real estate firm is seeking part-time and full-time Real Estate Associates. Associates will assist with contracts, searches, showings, open houses, client updates, inspections, and settlements for multiple real estate transactions each month. Associates will also contribute to the firm's marketing efforts, creating and deploying direct mail and digital marketing materials. On a daily basis, Associates will interact with our experienced Principal Broker and with the firm's clients. Work is from home and on-location with clients. Hours are somewhat flexible but approximately 35% of work will occur on evenings and weekends.

Pay is hourly with bonuses for new client procurement. Real estate experience and/or licensing are appreciated but not required. As needed, our firm will provide training and real estate licensing. Reimbursement for mileage, licensing, Realtor association dues, MLS, and lockbox expenses will all be provided.

Unlike typical real estate agents, our Associates will not be required to generate their own business. Our firm has a strong book of business with clients ready to buy or sell. Associates will enjoy steady hourly pay without the unpredictability of commission-based income.

For Associates, a professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills are crucial. They must also have a clean driving record, and access to a clean, presentable car. They must also possess a desktop or laptop computer with Internet access. A college degree is appreciated, but not required.

Over time, successful Associates will have opportunities to advance, taking on higher-profile transactional roles, leading teams, and receiving increased variable compensation.
