DESCRIPTION DU POSTE:

Cogir recherche actuellement un gestionnaire d'immeuble pour un immeuble prestigieux à Saint-Constant. Si la monotonie vous effraie, ce poste est fait pour vous.


RÔLE ET RESPONSABILITÉS GÉNÉRALES:
  • - Assurer la gestion optimale de son immeuble conformément au plan établi;
  • - Assurer l’offre d’un service à clientèle de haut niveau;
  • - Coordonner avec le directeur régional, les interventions nécessitant un plan d’action spécifique.
  • - Développer conjointement avec le responsable régional un plan de gestion pour une propriété multi locative de haut niveau.
  • - Développer et réaliser le plan d’action requis à maximiser la performance de location;
  • - Gestion des bons de commandes et des factures
  • - Gestion du budget mensuel
  • - Gérer la perception des loyers et la réalisation des dépôts selon les normes en vigueur;
  • - Gérer une équipe multidisciplinaire offrant les services à l’immeuble et assurer l’exécution intégrale des services en tout temps;
  • - Planifier les arrivées et départs de locataires et assurer le déroulement optimal de ces activités, tout en maintenant la sécurité de l’immeuble et ses occupants;
  • - Procurer une qualité d’entretien exemplaire pour la clientèle, et des espaces et systèmes de la propriété;
  • - Travailler de concert avec les équipes régionales pour la réalisation des travaux d’immobilisation et l’enregistrement de dossiers à la Régie du Logement;
  • - Voir à la gestion des travaux de rénovations d’appartements selon le programme établi par la direction régionale;
EXPÉRIENCE ET QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bilinguisme autant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
  • Connaissance du logiciel Hopem (un atout)
  • Connaissance du domaine de la gestion immobilière
  • Connaissance de l'analyse des plans d'affaires et des états financiers
  • Expérience en gestion de personnel
  • Formation universitaire de premier cycle en administration ou toute combinaison d'expérience de travail équivalente
