The position of Assistant Project Manager for our National Technical Systems Group is responsible for providing a high level of coordination support in a variety of areas, partnering with construction project management and field staff.

  2. Assistย withย supervisionย andย directingย projectย activitiesย asย assignedย byย theย PMย includingย planning and coordinating, circumventing/resolving problem areas, ensuring all company/project policies, procedures and standards are maintained, etc.
  3. Assistย withย theย maintenanceย ofย allย changeย order,ย submittalย andย documentย controlย logsย withinย Viewpoint.
  4. Assistย PMย andย PXย withย interactionsย withย subcontractorsย toย makeย certainย thatย we have obtained the correct documentation and drawing for the Owner and Maintenance Manuals.
  5. Responsibleย forย creatingย theย Jobย Informationย Sheetsย andย establishingย jobย files under the direction of the PM or PX.
  6. Assumeย temporaryย totalย projectย supervisionย responsibilitiesย inย theย absenceย ofย theย PM.
