Summary: Supervises and coordinates activities of Backend and Inventory Control Room.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):

  • Monitors and delegates meals and rest periods to accommodate the shift
  • Responsible for productivity of employees working in Backend and Inventory Control stations.
  • Manage resources to ensure ongoing workflow 
  • Review process flow and update ISO spec
  • Manage SOD commitment in Backend
  • Manage exceptions and urgent lot shipment
  • Secondary support for Backend & Inventory Control
  • Execute customer requested inventories audit
  • Prepare Inventory cycle counts
  • Review customer documentations and label generation for FT, Wafer and “Tape and Reel, and Label buyoff.
  • Review work order for outsource
  • Perform serialization, physical lot split/merge, system split/soft close /downgrade, 
  • Support Check in/Check out
  • Moving lots to IQA/Backend/OQA
  • Support Stock take for FGI/WIP/Rejects
  • Support Customer Audit
  • Assist CS request through email or phone or TFS
  • Withdrawal/ update deposit tray inventories, Tape and Reel Material  
  • Support FGI pull for shipment (split/seal/repack)

Supervisory Responsibilities:

                                                              

Directly supervises employees in Back-end and Inventory Control departments. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education and/or Experience:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.

  • Ability to handle multiple detail-oriented tasks
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills                                                      
  • Must be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds.
