The scope of this work involves but is not limited to the production of biocontrol nematodes following established and patent-pending research protocols. This part-time position is focused on assisting the current personnel in the production and maintenance of the nematodes; delivery preparation beginning in late April thru May 2026. Prior experience working in a production setting not required.
The production specialist will be trained on standard operating procedures & protocols for rearing and maintaining biological nematodes used in our business efforts. Furthermore, you will assist the Production Manager in the daily operations at the production facility. You may also be working with our executive team during production periods based on your previous experiences and background.
Production at the Webster City facility requires that any applicant have reliable transportation. The position requires a moderate level of physical activity and individual should be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds. Hours of need will be discussed during the interview process, looking for an individual available for 15-20 hours a week.
