Position Summary
WWE is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Space Planner to support the day-to-day planning, coordination, and optimization of our state-of-the-art corporate headquarters environment in Stamford, CT. This is an opportunity to support one of the most unique and technologically advanced corporate headquarters environments in Connecticut. This role offers exposure to modern workplace operations, facilities systems, and smart building technologies within a highly visible and collaborative environment.
This role will focus primarily on space planning, workplace coordination, AutoCAD-based floor plan management, and facilities operations support, while also assisting with CMMS administration, asset tracking, maintenance coordination, and reporting initiatives.
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working at the intersection of workplace operations, facilities technology, and cross-functional coordination. Key Responsibilities
Space Planning & Workplace Coordination
  • Maintain and update facility floor plans, seating layouts, and workplace documentation using AutoCAD or similar design software
  • Support office moves, adds, changes, and departmental space planning initiatives within our OfficeSpace software
  • Coordinate workspace allocations and assist with optimizing office utilization
  • Partner with Facilities, HR, IT, and department leaders to support workplace planning needs
  • Maintain accurate records of occupancy, workspace assignments, and facility layouts

Facilities Systems & CMMS Support
  • Support administration and ongoing maintenance of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
  • Assist with asset tracking, preventive maintenance scheduling, and work order coordination
  • Help maintain facilities data, inventory records, vendor information, and maintenance documentation
  • Generate reports and analytics related to facilities operations, asset management, and service performance
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of maintenance activities

Operational Support
  • Assist with facilities projects, workplace improvements, and operational initiatives
  • Support inventory management and procurement coordination for facilities-related materials and supplies
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency within workplace and facilities systems
  • Participate in workplace planning and facilities operational meetings as needed

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in space planning, facilities coordination, workplace operations, CAD drafting, facilities systems, or related environments
  • Experience in OfficeSpace or similar workplace management softwares/tools
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD or similar space planning/design software required
  • Experience supporting facilities operations, workplace planning, or office environments preferred
  • Exposure to CMMS, IWMS, CAFM, or other facilities management platforms is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and cross-functional coordination abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Experience with data reporting, asset tracking, or facilities analytics is a plus
