FCP Euro is seeking a Capacity Analyst who will play a critical role in monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on capacity utilization across fulfillment centers to ensure optimal operational performance. This position is responsible for creating visibility into key metrics—including storage utilization, saturation levels, throughput rates, labor capacity, equipment efficiency, inventory forecasts, and order volume trends—to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement. The Capacity Analyst will develop and maintain a core suite of inventory optimization and capacity planning reports, dashboards, and scenario-based forecasting models, working cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Planning, Engineering, and Finance to support data-driven decision making.

 Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Capacity Planning and Management: Create short, mid, and long-term storage capacity plans; identify bin size, count, and inventory storage requirements over 1-5 year horizons; and collaborate with engineering on large-scale racking design changes.
  • Inventory Optimization & Slotting: Develop and implement slotting strategies to drive operational efficiency, working closely with operations to monitor and adjust these strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Lead the creation of core capacity and slotting metrics, implementing dashboards to provide clear visibility into the health of network capacity and slotting performance.

Experience and Skill Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience within ecommerce warehousing.
  • 4-year college degree required; MBA is a plus.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in inventory slotting and inventory capacity planning.
  • 3+ years of experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Expert-level experience with Microsoft Excel, data analytics, and business intelligence toolsets.
  • Demonstrated experience with taking large/complex data sets and transforming them into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to various stakeholders.

 Compensation

This is an exempt role with a base salary of $70,000 - $90,000 depending on experience, with a total compensation opportunity of $71,350 to $91,500 annually.
