Job description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Certified Billing and Coding Professional to join our Neurovascular Neurosurgery team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a highly specialized and dynamic clinical environment, supporting advanced neurosurgical care while contributing to the financial and operational success of the practice.ย  The ideal candidateย must be a strong communicator with good interpersonal skills.ย  Aย medical coding certificationย and experience in clinic billing is preferred.ย  Specialty-specific coding training will be provided, as well as training on the Electronic Health Record system.ย ย 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate medical coding and billing for neurovascular neurosurgery services
  • Ensure timely submission and follow-up of claims
  • Review documentation to support appropriate code assignment and compliance
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, clinic managers, nurses, and clerical staff
  • Assist with denial management and resolution
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of coding guidelines and payer requirements
