TITLE:    LEGAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT/LEGAL SECRETARY
LOCATION: PINE BROOK, NJ
 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
  • 4+ years legal assistant (legal secretary) experience
  • Must be well versed in general litigation skills
  • Must have e-filing experience
  • Strong technical and proofreading skills – MS Word, Adobe, Outlook
  • NetDocs or other document manager helpful
  • Will manage various attorney calendars
  • Centerbase experience helpful (or other billing/timekeeping software)
  • May assist attorneys outside of the litigation arena (will train)
  • Will assist 3-4 attorneys – multitasking is key
  • Strong organizational skills with proven track record
  • Must maintain a can-do, professional attitude
  • Will cover for other legal assistants during absences
