Certified Nursing Assistants/ Nursing Assistant Certified (NAC/CNA)

*$1,000 SIGN ON BONUS FOR FULL TIME*

**Additional $1.00/hr. added to your base pay when working 4+ hours on the 2pm-10pm shift**

Wage: $22.71/hr. - $26.93/hr. based off years of applicable experience as determined by HR.

Shifts available:

We offer flexible schedules to best meet your needs and ours.

PM shift - 2pm-10pm, and NOC shift - 10pm-6am

Employees who work a minimum 4-hour shift during the 2:00 PM–10:00 PM window will receive a $1.00 per hour shift differential for all hours worked during that shift.

Pay differential (additional pay) for 10pm-6am shift (+$2.00/hr.)

We are looking for nursing assistants with the following strengths:

  • Someone who easily engages with seniors, our visitors and the Martha & Mary team in a kind, positive and supportive manner.
  • Someone who is able to provide direct quality care to nursing home residents in a compassionate and professional manner.
  • Someone who is trained to assist residents with activities of daily living, which may include assistance with personal care, bathing, toileting, dressing, and assistance with mobility, positioning and transfers.
  • Able to accurately obtain and record vital signs, meal/nourishment intake of residents, and record/communicate information as appropriate.
