Human Resource Administrative Assistant

SPS Consulting is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Human Resource Administrative Assistant for a full-time position. This role provides a wide range of administrative, HR, payroll, purchasing, and customer service support to ensure efficient departmental operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative and clerical duties supporting HR, payroll, purchasing, and accounts payable.
  • Manage department time entry, leave, and payroll transactions in Oracle.
  • Order and reconcile office supplies, equipment, and vendor invoices.
  • Provide courteous customer service to staff, vendors, and visitors; handle incoming calls and correspondence.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and maintain departmental records.
  • Support data tracking, reporting, and special projects.
  • Assist with records storage, retrieval, and related documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of administrative or clerical experience, including proficiency with computer-based systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Experience with Oracle or similar systems preferred.
