Now Hiring: HR Human Resources Director

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment of staff as needed

  • Processing of new hires

  • Payroll oversight

  • Facilitating and mediating all labor related issues

  • Ensure all reports and records are completed in a timely manner.

  • Perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.

  • Other duties as assigned by Administrator.

Qualifications: 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • HR Human Resources Director experience required

  • Leadership qualities required.

  • LTC/SNF experience required.

  • Computer/Software knowledge

  • Understanding of Maryland labor law
