Addison Group is partnering with a reputable organization in Washington, DC to identify an experienced Human Resources Manager for a contract opportunity. This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys leading both strategic and operational HR functions.

 

Job Description:

We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee core HR functions including employee relations, policy development, compliance, performance management, and talent strategy. This role will work closely with leadership to support the organization’s people goals while managing day-to-day HR operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage HR operations including compliance, employee relations, performance reviews, and HR policy administration
