Assistant Group Leaders: After-School Programs
Washington, D.C.
These positions will start at the end of August, ahead of the school year, to allow ample time for training and classroom set-up
Schedule Ranges:
Monday - Friday | 3:00 pm- 6:30 pm, program/school dependent
Part-Time | $20.00-$22.00 per hour, paid biweekly on Fridays

What You'll Do:
  • Assist the Center Director & Group Leaders in delivering fun, age-appropriate activities
  • Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment
  • Supervise students and engage with them positively
  • Support transitions, snack time, and enrichment activities
  • Foster strong relationships with students, families, and staff

What We're Looking For:
  • High School Diploma (required)
  • At least 1 year of experience working with children in any professional setting
  • Friendly, dependable, and ready to support wherever needed
