About This Opportunity
This posting represents both active and future Front Desk openings throughout Northern Nevada. When a location-specific opportunity becomes available, qualified candidates will be contacted directly by our Talent Team.
Front Desk Receptionist
As the first point of contact for our patients, you help create a positive and welcoming experience from the moment they walk through the door. This role is essential to patient satisfaction, office flow, and daily operations.
Responsibilities
Greet and check in patients professionally and warmly
Answer phones and schedule appointments
Manage patient paperwork and office systems
Assist with insurance verification and basic billing questions
Keep the front office organized, efficient, and patient-focused
Support smooth day-to-day office operations
