Assistant Front Desk Manager

As an Assistant Front Desk Manager, you will embark on a comprehensive development program designed to build future hospitality leaders. This role provides hands-on experience in all front office operations while preparing you for a leadership role. The Assistant Front Desk Manager MUST have open availability Monday - Sunday, 7:00 AM - 11PM. Primary shifts will be 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in overseeing front desk operations, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and daily room assignments.
  • Deliver warm, personalized service that reflects our commitment to excellence and local charm.
  • Train alongside department leaders to learn supervisory duties such as scheduling, team coaching, and performance management.
  • Help ensure compliance with brand and service standards, maintaining operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Support resolution of guest concerns with professionalism, empathy, and creative problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departmentsโ€”Housekeeping, Engineering, and Food & Beverageโ€”to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Participate in operational and leadership training, designed to build your knowledge of financial performance, labor management, and service delivery.
  • Contribute to front office communications, systems updates, and team meetings to support continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • 1โ€“2 years of hotel experience in a front office or guest service role strongly preferred.
  • Proven passion for hospitality and commitment to growing into a management position.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
