Assistant Front Office Manager - The Sea Pines Resort Welcome Center
The Sea Pines Resort is seeking a dynamic and service-driven Assistant Front Office Manager to support the daily operations of our Welcome Center. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading teams, and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Position Summary:
The Assistant Front Office Manager plays a key role in overseeing daily front office operations, enhancing guest satisfaction, and supporting team development. This position partners closely with the Front Office Manager to ensure efficient operations and seamless guest service, while stepping in as Manager on Duty when needed. This role also provides hands-on support across Front Desk, Concierge, and Reservations functions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Front Office Manager
  • Support daily Front Office operations including procedures, reporting, recordkeeping, invoicing, and forecasting
  • Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • Assist with training and development of interns and front office team members
  • Provide hands-on support for Front Desk, Concierge, and Reservations as needed
  • Coordinate guest services including:
    • Villa and home reservations
    • Dining reservations at resort restaurants
    • Activity bookings (bike rentals, recreation, photography sessions, etc.)
  • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure a seamless guest experience

Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and support to front office team members during shift operations
  • Indirectly supervise up to 10 employees

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of college education (hospitality preferred)
  • At least 1 year of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with property management and reservation systems
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
