Fan Engagement Coordinator
You have been selected for the position of Fan Engagement Coordinator at Xavier University. This position is not publicly posted and is available exclusively through the private application portal.
Job Summary:
The Fan Engagement Graduate Assistant supports the Fan Engagement unit by developing and executing marketing and promotional strategies designed to enhance the fan experience and increase attendance at Xavier Athletics events. This position assists with game presentation, digital marketing, campus outreach initiatives, and special projects while ensuring compliance with NCAA, BIG EAST Conference, and University policies.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Develop and execute sport-specific marketing and promotional plans, with a primary focus on volleyball, to enhance fan engagement and increase attendance.
2. Assist with game day presentation and promotional activities for men's basketball, women's basketball, and other assigned athletic events, including event execution and fan experience initiatives.
3. Support digital marketing efforts, including email marketing campaigns, social media collaboration, promotional content development, and other audience engagement initiatives.
4. Coordinate and implement grassroots marketing and campus outreach efforts to increase student attendance and build awareness of Xavier Athletics programs and events.
5. Assist with departmental initiatives, special projects, administrative tasks, and event operations while maintaining compliance with NCAA, BIG EAST Conference, and University regulations.
