Join our Team! Leland Management is seeking an Assistant CAM in the Kissimmee area with excellent customer service skills and a magnetic personality. SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS:
Assist the Community Association Manager, to ensure the community is up to the standards established in the associations governing documents
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• File all paperwork in appropriate places in a timely manner.
• Assist the office staff with phones and fill in as needed.
• Draft, proofread, and distribute correspondence, notices, and community communications.
• Routinely inspects homesites for compliance on designated days. Notify homeowners of non-compliance.
• Submit weekly report.
• Review ARC applications and notify residents if application is incomplete.
• Schedule and attend ARC meetings.
• Attend Board meetings.
• Maintain a flexible schedule.
• Any additional duties assigned by the assigned Board of Director or management.
• Opening Service Requests for Maintenance Staff.
• Assist with Annual Audit and financial research.
• Researching documents & files for homeowners, committees, and directors.
• Special projects.
• Coordinate and attend Community Events.
Requirements
Job Requirements
• Maintain a current Florida Driver's License
• Maintain a CAM License
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:
Reports directly to the Association Manager.
SKILLS:
• Proficient in MS Office Applications such as Word, Excel, among others
• Caliber
• Excellent in the English language
• Bilingual
