Associa is seeking an Assistant Community Association Manager (ACAM) to support operations at one of our beautiful communities, a modern luxury condominium community located in West Palm Beach. The community features upscale amenities, including a resort-style pool, fitness center, clubhouse, attended lobby, and contemporary residential living spaces.
In this role, you'll partner closely with the Community Association Manager and Board of Directors to help deliver exceptional service, support daily operations, maintain community standards, and create a positive experience for residents and homeowners.

How You'll Make an Impact
As the Assistant Community Association Manager, you will support the overall operations and administration of the community while helping ensure residents receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Community Association Manager with the day-to-day operations of the association.
  • Serve as a professional and responsive point of contact for homeowners, residents, vendors, and guests.
  • Support resident communications, correspondence, and service requests.
  • Assist with enforcement of governing documents, community policies, and architectural guidelines.
  • Conduct routine community inspections to ensure the property's appearance and standards are maintained.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up on work order completion.
  • Assist with vendor scheduling, contract administration, and service delivery oversight.
  • Support the preparation of board meeting materials, agendas, management reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Assist with community projects, resident events, and operational initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate community records, files, and documentation.
  • Respond to homeowner inquiries in a professional, timely, and solution-oriented manner.
  • Support emergency response efforts and operational needs when necessary.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in community association management, property management, hospitality, customer service, or a related field.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience preparing professional correspondence and reports.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Florida CAM (Community Association Manager) License or coursework toward obtaining a CAM License
  • Experience working in condominium, homeowners association, or luxury residential communities.
  • Knowledge of Florida condominium and homeowners association operations.
  • Experience with property management software platforms.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills a plus.
