A LIHTC/Section 8 affordable housing apartment community in the Bradenton area is hiring a full-time Property Manager to lead on-site operations and keep the property in full compliance — immediate interviews for the right leader. What you'll do:

  • Oversee leasing, recertifications, renewals, and day-to-day operations for an affordable housing community
  • Ensure full compliance with LIHTC, Section 8/HUD, and Fair Housing regulations and reporting
  • Manage the on-site team, vendor relationships, budgeting, and financial reporting

What we're looking for:

  • 2+ years managing LIHTC, Section 8, or other subsidized/affordable housing property
  • COS, TCS, HCCP, or similar affordable housing certification preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of Fair Housing law; Yardi / Entrata / AppFolio a plus
