HOURS:ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  40 hours per week

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. High school graduate or equivalent.
  2. Experienced in general office procedures.
  3. Must have good organizational skills.
  4. Able to work independently.
  5. Demonstrated computer experience in word processing, Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Gmail, AESOP, and MiStar.
  6. Experienced with general office machines.
  7. Ability to take initiative and work independently.
  8. Possess good organizational, problem solving, communication, and telephone skills.
  9. Interpersonal and judgmental skills necessary to work with students, staff, and the public.
  10. Ability to maintain tact and diplomacy under stressful situations.
  11. Ability to maintain confidential information.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Provides clerical and word processing services.
  2. Maintains CA-60 records and discipline reporting.
  3. Handles attendance for pupil accounting, official student count, daily attendance and truancy reporting.
  4. Registers students.
  5. Completes paperwork for fire/safety drills, discipline letters, SRSD and STD reports.
  6. Bending, lifting, and overhead work required.
  7. Performs other duties as assigned.
