Job description

Building Supervisor-Part Time
Evenings and Weekends
POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the supervision of the Branch Director/V.P., the Building Supervisor is responsible for managing the facility during evening and weekend hours. Must be available to work Monday thru Friday 5:00pm-9:30pm, Saturday 7:00am-6:00pm and Sunday 1:00pm-5:00pm. Maximum number of hours available per week is 27.5 hours. Potential hours based on number of staff hired, division of shifts, etc.
  • Provide on-site support to staff during assigned hours. Typically after full time directors have left for the day.
  • Assist in opening and closing the building.
  • Assist with cleaning of the building when needed.
  • Give tours to potential members.
  • Assist with member issues, questions and concerns
  • Records and reports all needed repairs.
  • Reports incidents and hazardous conditions.
  • Helps monitor the exterior of the facility, parking lot, etc.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Adhere to policies related to boundaries with consumers.
  • Attend required abuse risk management training.
  • Adhere to procedures related to managing high-risk activities and supervisong consumers.
  • Follow mandated abuse reporting requirements.

Qualifications:
  • One year or more of related experience.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Ability to respond to safety and emergency situations.
  • Ability to work constantly throughout the shift.
  • Ability to report and record maintenance request.
  • Exceptional oral, public speaking and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage staff.
  • Positive attitude, high level of initiative and professionalism, and enjoy working in and creating a strong team environment.
  • Physical Requirements; carrying, seeing, hearing, speaking, running, crouching, lifting (25lbs) and walking.

Pay Range: $13 per hour
