  • Light Bookkeeping & Data Entry: Handle basic Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks alongside daily data entry.
  • Operational Support: Create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations; manage office supplies and maintain high aesthetic office standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Act as the ultimate utility player, communicating effectively across teams, backing up the Front Desk Administrator, and tackling special projects from the Office Manager.
