Location: Chouteau, Oklahoma

Final Assembly Tech- Overnight Pay Rate and Hours:
  • Pay: $17.00/hr.-$20.00/hr. depending on experience
  • Hours: Monday-Friday 5:00am-1:30am
 
Final Assembly Tech Summary:
Final Assembly Tech will finish out the builds after the coating process. This position will work on assembling motors, augers, folding sides and tailgates ect. This person will work from a drawing and a bill of materials to assemble using hand tools and hardware. Being part the team that makes sure the truck bed passes quality inspection and is ready for shipment. Attention to detail, quality focus and efficiency are very important.  
 
 
Final Assembly Tech Job Duties:
  • Assemble truck beds and related components following the coating and finishing process.
  • Install and assemble motors, augers, folding sides, tailgates, and other truck bed components according to specifications.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, assembly instructions, and bills of materials (BOMs) to ensure accurate assembly.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and hardware to complete assembly tasks efficiently and safely.
  • Inspect parts and components prior to assembly to verify quality and completeness.
  • Perform final fit-up and adjustments to ensure proper operation and functionality of all components.
  • Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to identify and correct defects or discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure products meet production schedules and quality standards.
  • Ensure completed truck beds pass final quality inspections and are ready for shipment to customers.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all company safety procedures.
  • Report material shortages, damaged parts, or assembly issues to supervisors as needed.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and a focus on productivity and efficiency in all work performed.

  • Hand tools/ power tools
