Regal Staffing Services is hiring for Assembly Techs in the Lewisville area!
Pay Rate: $18-22.00 /hr DOE
Shift: 1st Shift (7:30am -4:30 PM, Monday - Friday)
Must be flexible for overtime as needed
Job Responsibilities:
  • Assemble mechanical and electrical components on the assembly line.
  • Perform assembly inspections and record results.
  • Work closely with other assemblers and the line leads to connect components and construct finished products.
  • Maintain hand tools and exchange if needed to maintain the required quality level and performance.
  • Inspect parts for quality, fit and finish and report any nonconformance to the line lead.
  • Monitor finished product to ensure standards of quality are met.
  • Ensure cleanliness of the production floor.
  • Follow established safety procedures.
  • Wear designated personal protection equipment (PPE).
  • Read and interpret blueprints.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Assembly experience in a fast-paced, quality-oriented manufacturing environment.
  • A minimum of 1-year as a mechanical assembler is required.
  • Comfortable in using hand and power tools, manufacturing machines and test equipment to perform product assembly.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to stand and move for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
