Ice-O-Matic is a leading manufacturer of commercial ice machines and ice storage bins for the food service industry around the world. Ice-O-Matic serves a variety of industry segments including health care, education, hotels, convenience stores, restaurants and bars, office and workplace. Ice-O-Matics line of products can cover any commercial ice need. Ice-O-Matic is looking for energetic and engaged people to participate in the world growth of our ice machine manufacturing company.
Position Summary
Ice-O-Matic is seeking a detail oriented, reliable, and dependable General Assembler to join our production team. This position is working on the production floor assembling ice makers. The emphasis for this position is on improving efforts in the areas of Safety, Quality and Efficiency. This position will report to Department Lead.
Essential Duties
  • This is an entry-level assembly position for General Assemblers who have yet to demonstrate proficiency at three (3) or more work stations.
  • Follows all safety policies and procedures.
  • Observes good housekeeping practices.
  • Proactively identify ways to eliminate waste from the process and improve safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Responsible for other duties as assigned in this classification.

  • Ability to meet strict attendance requirements
  • Ability to work Monday thru Friday onsite
  • Temporary overtime of an hour added to shift Monday - Thursday
