Shift: 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Sunday Night (3rd Shift): 8:30 PM – 5:00 AM (Monday morning)

Job Overview:

The General Assembler 1 will be responsible for the assembly, fabrication, testing, and packaging of medical devices in a manufacturing environment. This role also includes operating and troubleshooting equipment, performing quality inspections, and following all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble, test, and package medical devices according to written instructions and SOPs

Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain basic production equipment

Perform in-line quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications

Accurately read and interpret specifications and instructions in English

Rotate into different tasks and responsibilities based on production needs

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

Education: High School Diploma or GED not required

Experience: Minimum 1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience

Ability to understand verbal and written English instructions

Comfortable using basic measurement tools (e.g., microscopes)

Strong attention to detail and willingness to be a team player
