Job description

Adecco is hiring for a client in Lititz PA on 1st & 2nd shift. Starting pay at 18.33/hour, 2nd shift (+$1.50 shift differential). This is a temp-to -hire opportunity.

Final Assembler

We are seeking a detail-oriented Final Assembler to assemble electronic products by installing wiring, cable harnesses, circuit cards, and hardware into chassis according to work instructions and blueprints.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble electronic components and wiring into final products

  • Install cable harnesses, circuit cards, and hardware within required tolerances

  • Perform soldering, lugging, torqueing, and bonding as required

  • Follow blueprints, schematics, and work instructions

  • Use ERP and quality systems to record production data

  • Maintain J-Standard certification

  • Support other manufacturing duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Strong manual dexterity and fine motor skills

  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and work instructions

  • Experience using hand tools and assembly equipment

  • High attention to detail and quality

  • Comfortable with repetitive, precision-based work

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Good eyesight and ability to perform detailed assembly tasks


Pay Details: $18.33 per hour
