Job description

As a Final Assembler - Production Associate, you will assemble multiple types of components in accordance with specifications.

The Final Assembler will:

  • Handle and assemble components engineered to operate under thermal conditions reaching up to 380C with appropriate safety equipment and protocols
  • Assembly of all types of components in accordance with specifications. 
  • Document the inspections performed in accordance with company procedures. 
  • Perform in a safe and productive manner in compliance with company policies. 
  • Maintain workstations in a clean and orderly fashion. 
  • Perform other duties as required by supervisor or management.

Final Assembler position requirements:

  • High school graduate preferred but not required.
  • Basic math skills and ability to read and write English preferred.
  • Some experience in the use of the microscope preferred.
  • Good vision (natural or corrected), excellent hand dexterity in both hands.
  • Ability to perform in a sitting position for long periods of time and stand up as needed.
  • Ability to work with washing solutions, multiplex flux, solvents, inks and paints and to perform in an environment where such chemical solutions are constantly being used.
  • At times you will be required to lift up to 15 Lbs. Occasionally up to 25 lbs.
  • Repeated standing, walking, and bending are required.
  • Ability to perform in a production environment with unusual conditions such as high-volume noise level and dust.
  • Available to work overtime if necessary, including weekends.
  • Attend training sessions as required to meet standards of job-related activities relating to all HSC applications.
  • Participate in cross-training efforts interfacing with other departments to acquire additional skills and knowledge for advancement.

This position requires US export authorization.
