Are you skilled in assembly and looking for a hands-on role in a growing company? At Caron Scientific, we’re seeking dedicated Production Assemblers to help build crucial laboratory equipment that make a difference. You’ll be performing a variety of assembly operations on product components and sub-assemblies, ensuring the highest quality within set timeframes while contributing to continuous improvement on the production floor.

Responsibilities: 

· Assemble parts and components to produce finished products according to company’s specifications

· Perform quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet the required specifications

· Use power and hand tools to perform assembly tasks

· Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all company protocols and safety procedures

· Read and interpret technical documents, blueprints and product manuals to understand assembly instructions

· Troubleshoot assembly issues and report any major defects or issues to the supervisor

· Monitor and replenish inventory of necessary assembly materials and parts

· Test assembled products to ensure functionality and performance

· Participate in team meetings and trainings to enhance skills and maintain knowledge of company procedures and products

Qualifications

· 2+ years experience working in a manufacturing environment

· Experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to recognize problems, collaborate internally, and take owner ship to drive positive change

· Self starter and commitment to being a strong team player who is also comfortable with ambiguity

· Strong written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders

· Ability to stay organized and prioritize workload
