What You'll Do
As a Production Technician, you will play a hands-on role in manufacturing fiberglass components used in wind turbines. This includes:
  • Performing production tasks such as lamination, infusion, assembly, trimming, and finishing
  • Following standard work instructions and quality requirements with precision
  • Inspecting your own work to ensure it meets customer and company standards
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets
  • Identifying and reporting safety concerns, quality issues, or process improvements
  • Supporting team efforts to improve efficiency and eliminate waste
