About the Opportunity:
Join a growing electronics manufacturing team where your precision, soldering expertise, and attention to detail directly impact product quality and production success. As a Rework Operator II, you'll play a critical hands-on role performing complex assembly, rework, repair, and inspection of printed circuit board assemblies in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with experience in electronics assembly and soldering who enjoys troubleshooting, working with advanced rework techniques, and contributing to high-quality manufacturing operations. You'll work alongside an experienced production team while continuing to grow your technical skills in a supportive and quality-focused environment.

What You'll Do:
• Perform complex assembly, rework, and inspection of printed circuit board assemblies, including SMT and Pin Thru-hole components
• Follow assembly procedures, wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, ECOs, and visual aide instructions to complete production tasks accurately
• Solder electronic components including resistors, capacitors, connectors, and sockets to designated PCB locations
• Add/remove components using soldering irons, de-soldering tools, and rework stations
• Perform ECO (Engineering Change Order) rework and support NPI and RMA process tracking
• Repair PCB etches, pads, vias, and BGA sites utilizing advanced soldering techniques, solder wick, and epoxy applications
• Remove and replace BGAs while ensuring IPC and quality compliance standards are met
• Inspect completed assemblies for quality, workmanship, and completeness using IPC-A-610 Acceptability Guidelines
• Pre-form component leads per IPC standards and assembly instructions
• Control, document, and process MRB non-conforming material as required
• Maintain accurate work-in-process documentation and support ISO and job-specific procedures
• Maintain ESD integrity and a clean, organized, and safe production environment
• Participate in quality meetings and assist with training team members as needed
• Support additional production and operational responsibilities as required
