As a Rework Operator II, you'll play a critical hands-on role performing complex assembly, rework, repair, and inspection of printed circuit board assemblies in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with experience in electronics assembly and soldering who enjoys troubleshooting, working with advanced rework techniques, and contributing to high-quality manufacturing operations. You'll work alongside an experienced production team while continuing to grow your technical skills in a supportive and quality-focused environment.
What You'll Do:
โข Perform complex assembly, rework, and inspection of printed circuit board assemblies, including SMT and Pin Thru-hole components
โข Follow assembly procedures, wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, ECOs, and visual aide instructions to complete production tasks accurately
โข Solder electronic components including resistors, capacitors, connectors, and sockets to designated PCB locations
โข Add/remove components using soldering irons, de-soldering tools, and rework stations
โข Perform ECO (Engineering Change Order) rework and support NPI and RMA process tracking
โข Repair PCB etches, pads, vias, and BGA sites utilizing advanced soldering techniques, solder wick, and epoxy applications
โข Remove and replace BGAs while ensuring IPC and quality compliance standards are met
โข Inspect completed assemblies for quality, workmanship, and completeness using IPC-A-610 Acceptability Guidelines
โข Pre-form component leads per IPC standards and assembly instructions
โข Control, document, and process MRB non-conforming material as required
โข Maintain accurate work-in-process documentation and support ISO and job-specific procedures
โข Maintain ESD integrity and a clean, organized, and safe production environment
โข Participate in quality meetings and assist with training team members as needed
โข Support additional production and operational responsibilities as required

What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in electronics in assembly and soldering of printed circuit boards experience in rework and inspection.
- Minimum 1 years of experience with soldering under a microscope.
- Minimum 1 years of experience with operations rework tools and repair that is de-soldering, soldering techniques and repair techniques.
- IPC 7711/7721 or JSTD
What set's you apart:
- IPC-A-610 certification
- Knowledge of ISO9001 and ISO 13485.
- ESD Training.
- Knowledge of printed circuit board assembly and product assembly processes.
- Knowledge of component value identification and other component nomenclature.
- Ability to read test procedures and follow verbal instructions.

- Experience with fine pitch work.
- Know component indicators.
- Able to reach Engineering Change Orders (ECO).
- Able to read and find AMS.

- Able to sit and look through microscope for extend period of time.
