Schedule: 7:00 AM โ€“ 3:30 PM

As a Rework Operator II, you'll play a critical hands-on role performing complex assembly, rework, repair, and inspection of printed circuit board assemblies in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with experience in electronics assembly and soldering who enjoys troubleshooting, working with advanced rework techniques, and contributing to high-quality manufacturing operations. What You'll Do:
โ€ข Perform complex assembly, rework, and inspection of printed circuit board assemblies, including SMT and Pin Thru-hole components
โ€ข Follow assembly procedures, wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, ECOs, and visual aide instructions to complete production tasks accurately
โ€ข Solder electronic components including resistors, capacitors, connectors, and sockets to designated PCB locations
โ€ข Add/remove components using soldering irons, de-soldering tools, and rework stations
โ€ข Perform ECO (Engineering Change Order) rework and support NPI and RMA process tracking
โ€ข Repair PCB etches, pads, vias, and BGA sites utilizing advanced soldering techniques, solder wick, and epoxy applications
โ€ข Remove and replace BGAs while ensuring IPC and quality compliance standards are met
โ€ข Inspect completed assemblies for quality, workmanship, and completeness using IPC-A-610 Acceptability Guidelines
โ€ข Pre-form component leads per IPC standards and assembly instructions
โ€ข Control, document, and process MRB non-conforming material as required
โ€ข Maintain accurate work-in-process documentation and support ISO and job-specific procedures
โ€ข Maintain ESD integrity and a clean, organized, and safe production environment
โ€ข Participate in quality meetings and assist with training team members as needed
โ€ข Support additional production and operational responsibilities as required

What You'll Bring:
