Job Purpose:
- The Fulfillment & Assembly Manager at JOHNS BYRNE CO is responsible for overseeing the fulfillment and assembly operations to ensure efficient processing and delivery of products. This role involves managing a team, optimizing workflows, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the fulfillment and assembly team to achieve operational excellence.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize workflow and improve efficiency in fulfillment and assembly processes.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards to ensure products meet company and customer expectations.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply for assembly and fulfillment operations.
- Train and mentor staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Address and resolve any issues that arise in the fulfillment and assembly process.
- Report on operational performance and provide insights to senior management.

Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fulfillment, assembly, or a related operational management role.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing production processes and assembly lines.
- Experience in leading and developing a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
