About the Role
We’re hiring dependable General Labor / Assembly Workers for a fastpaced manufacturing facility in Elk Grove Village. This is a handson role working on an assembly line, preparing products, packing materials, and supporting production operations.
Responsibilities
Assemble, pack, and prepare products for shipment
Build, label, and stack boxes; palletize finished goods
Load/unload materials onto the line
Inspect products for quality and remove defective items
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all safety and GMP guidelines
Requirements
Ability to stand for the entire shift
Able to lift up to 50 lbs (may be repetitive)
Comfortable in a fastpaced environment
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
No experience required — training provided
Manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus
