MEDLOG Logistics is seeking dependable a General Laborer to support our vehicle racking and loading operations in Casa Grande, AZ.
Essential Function:
A core duty of this position is maneuvering within a confined workspace between the vehicle and the interior container wall during loading. This space is approximately 8 inches on each side and is necessary for securing vehicles and completing tie-down procedures. Applicants must be able to perform this essential function, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Maneuver and secure vehicles inside ocean containers in very tight clearances.
  • Assist in the installation and assembly of vehicle racking systems.
  • Quality verification during assembly (alignment and proper fitting of parts).
  • Flexibility to perform additional tasks such as cleaning, organizing, and assisting with light loading.
  • Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Load and unload materials and equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.
  • Support team members with general labor tasks as needed.
  • Schedule: Monday - Thursday; 6am - 4pm
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in general labor, assembly, or automotive work is a plus.
  • 1+ years of forklift experience required
  • Bilingual: English/Spanish preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Basic knowledge of quality control and safe use of hand tools and power tools.
  • Proactive attitude for handling diverse tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet team objectives.
  • Reliable and punctual with good communication skills.
