The work primarily involves video consultations with clients, utilizing technology to deliver effective treatments in a comfortable setting.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via secure video chat, ensuring a compassionate and ethical approach to mental health counseling.
• Utilize solution-focused treatment modalities, tailoring techniques to meet the specific needs of each client.
• Create comprehensive treatment plans that align with client goals and monitor their progress regularly.
• Assist clients in gaining insights into their experiences, emotions, and interpersonal relationships to foster personal growth.
• Develop and teach clients healthy coping mechanisms to aid in their recovery journey.

Our mental health therapists primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults dealing with a variety of mental health challenges. These may include anxiety, depression, stress management, and relational issues. Providing empathy and practical strategies, you will empower clients to enhance their quality of life and build fulfilling relationships.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Must possess one of the following unrestricted licenses to practice independently: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• No disciplinary actions on your licensing record and no limited or provisional licenses accepted.
• Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating compassion and understanding in all client interactions.
• Proficient in computer skills, comfortable using digital platforms for client management and therapy delivery.

• Experience in telehealth or remote counseling is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practice approaches in mental health therapy.
• Background in working with a diverse client demographic enhances treatment efficacy.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked. We provide a generous sign-on bonus to assist you in making this important career transition. Additional benefits include:
