Job description

Trillium Construction is actively hiring a Senior Electrical Foreman / Superintendent to oversee site operations on long-term, utility-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects in Farmington, NM and Flagstaff, Arizona!

This high-level supervisory role will oversee 2 to 3 Electrical Foremen along with their respective crews. We are looking for an experienced leader who excels at high-level field management, safety, and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities:
-Direct and manage 2-3 Electrical Foremen and their assigned crews.
-Drive site productivity, safety compliance, and overall project workflow across multiple crews.
-Coordinate field execution on utility-scale BESS installations and electrical setups.
-Interface regularly with project management and clients to maintain timelines and quality.
