Terry H2O Solutions, a division of Middleby Corporation, is a water treatment systems manufacturer. We offer a range of water treatment solutions that are integrated directly into the water supply line. These products cater to a broad spectrum of water treatment requirements and are tailored for use in various establishments including restaurants, hospitals, schools, and commercial kitchens, as well as for misting systems and other scenarios where mineral scale accumulation is an issue.


We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Assembly Associate to join our team. This role involves the hands-on assembly of water filter components, working with aluminum parts, and ensuring product quality and accuracy. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, takes pride in their work, and is comfortable using hand tools in a fast-paced warehouse environment.


Responsibilities

  • Assemble water filter parts and systems according to specifications and diagrams.
  • Work with aluminum components and basic hand or power tools (e.g., drills, rivet guns).
  • Inspect parts for quality and accuracy during and after assembly.
  • Follow safety procedures and company protocols at all times.
  • Label, package, and prepare completed products for inventory or shipping
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Prior assembly or warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
  • Comfortable standing, bending, and lifting (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
  • Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently or with a team.
  • Willingness to learn and take direction.
  • Able to speak and read English is preferred but not required.

Compensation

  • Starting at $18/hr

Schedule

  • Monday - Thursday: 6AM - 2PM (8 hours); Friday 6AM - 1PM (7 hours)
