Job description

Our Assemblers kits, packs, and builds equipment/supplies to specification, as well as internal quality control.  All items are packed to customer specifications and adherence to ready times. This along with a commitment to quality makes our goal of a positive experience to our airline’s customers.

Job Duties:

  • Kit and pack a variety of items according to specifications provided by our customer

  • Work efficiently with attention to details 

  • Safely assemble, and deliver assorted product to proper staging areas

  • Ensure compliance of quality and Food Safety are met (daily)

Important Requirements

  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, random drug screens and a criminal background check including all TSA and Custom requirements.

  • Must be able to perform work using required PPE (personal protective equipment) including but not limited to protective gloves, cooler/freezer gloves, hot mitts, cut resistant gloves, protective aprons, protective goggles, hearing protection, safety footwear and all required PPE.

  • Works in a time sensitive environment ensuring all product meets required ready times

  • Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position.

  • Must be flexible to work in an environment that might include overnights, weekends, and holidays

  • Upon employment, all employees are required to fully comply with Sky Cafe rules and regulations for the safe and effective operation of the Flight Kitchen.
