• Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
• Use hand and power tools to finish and assemble products
• Read and follow work orders and basic blueprints
• Perform quality checks to ensure product standards
• Package and prepare materials for shipment
• Pull inventory and build crates for outgoing orders
• Complete basic shipping/receiving paperwork
• Assist with light fabrication (cutting, drilling, measuring)
• Support production with repetitive assembly tasks

• Experience with hand and power tools
• History of doing general labor, assembly, or production
• Ability to work with machines and follow instructions
• Strong attention to detail and reliability

Bonus Skills (Not Required):

• Carpentry or mechanical experience
• Blueprint reading

• Smaller shop (under 25 employees) with a tight-knit team
• Hands-on, active role with multiple machines running
• Industrial setting with inventory, shelving, and production equipment
• 6:30am - 3pm, Monday - Friday with occasional Saturday's as needed.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eldridge, IA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.
