Assembly Operator

**Contract positions with potential of extension or hire.**

Location: Temecula, CA 92591
Rate: $19.25 - $21.18 Hour * listed with shifts below

Shift Options with Rates:

  • 1st shift $19.25 hourly
  • 2nd shift $21.18 hourlly
  • Paid weekly 
  • We’re hiring  Contract Assembly Operators to join a growing manufacturing team in Temecula! This is a great opportunity for candidates with hands-on manufacturing experience who enjoy detailed, precision-based work.

If you’re comfortable working with small components, following instructions, and using tools like microscopes, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

  • Assemble small parts and components with a high level of accuracy
  • Use hand tools and microscopes during the assembly process
  • Follow written instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines
  • Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
  • Keep your workspace clean and organized

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 6 months of manufacturing experience
  • (Note: warehouse, forklift, or Amazon fulfillment experience does not qualify)
  • Comfortable working with microscopes
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit, stand, or walk for up to 10 hours
  • Ability to bend, squat, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Must pass a vision test (including color vision)
