The Opportunity:
The selected candidate will be part of a dynamic, growing, cross-functional, and geographically distributed team. This position is located on-site at our Melbourne, FL, facility. Your future team has worked together to produce the following job description.
Responsibilities:
• Assembly and integration of complex component and system level electronic assemblies
• Cable routing, hardware installation and the completion of associated documentation
• Drawing interpretation and wire diagram comprehension
• Able to work independently and as part of a team, take initiative and work well with internal and external customers
Qualifications:
Required:
• US citizenship, due to nature of the work and contract requirement
• Ability to obtain a SECRET security clearance, due to contract requirement
• Minimum 1-year hands-on manufacturing experience in an assembly or integration environment
• Ability to lift and carry 25-45 lbs
Desired:
• 5 years of electronics or aerospace manufacturing experience
• Experience with hand soldering.
• IPC-620 certification
• J-STD certification
• Experience in an ESD and FOD controlled environment
• Antenna Assembly Experience
