Are you looking for a steady, reliable role where your attention to detail makes a real difference? We are seeking a dependable Assembly Technician to join our team in Green Lake County. In this role, you will work in a clean, organized environment, assembling high-quality small machine parts. This is a long-term contract position perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work and thrives in a consistent, first-shift schedule.


Position –Assembly

Job Location –Berlin, WI

Starting Date –ASAP

Employment Term –Full time

Employment Type –Contract

Work Hours (Shift) –1st shift

Starting Pay –$18.10/hr

Required Experience –At least 2 years of experience




Responsibilities

  • Precision Assembly: Use hand tools and small power tools to assemble intricate machine components according to blueprints or work instructions.
  • Quality Inspection: Perform visual checks and basic measurements to ensure every part meets our high-quality standards.
  • Documentation: Maintain simple production logs to track completed work.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with a small team to meet daily production goals and maintain a safe workspace.

Qualifications

  • Detail-Oriented: You have a "measure twice, cut once" mindset and take pride in accuracy.
  • Manual Dexterity: Comfortable working with small parts and repetitive motions.
