☀️ 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

• Assemble and sub-assemble sailboat pulley systems and mechanical components
• Read and interpret blueprints and production drawings
• Use hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks
• Inspect parts and finished assemblies for quality and accuracy
• Follow production schedules and work independently with minimal supervision
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines

✔ 2+ years of assembly experience with a stable work history

✔ At least 1 year of blueprint reading experience

✔ Mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment

✔ Experience using hand and power tools

✔ Strong attention to detail and quality

✔ Ability to work independently and meet production goals

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pewaukee, WI.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
