💼 What You'll Do
  • Assemble and sub-assemble sailboat pulley systems and mechanical components
  • Read and interpret blueprints and production drawings
  • Use hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks
  • Inspect parts and finished assemblies for quality and accuracy
  • Follow production schedules and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines
