Adecco is partnering with a local client in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin to find reliable assembly workers on 1st shift.  
 
Pay: $18/hr
*PLUS opportunity for multiple increases within first year
Shift: Mon-Fri 5:30am-3pm; mandatory OT on Sat 5am-10am

Overview
The Assembler, reporting to the Assembly Manager, is responsible for assembling parts and subassemblies to create components for products.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare work by studying assembly instructions, blueprints, and parts lists, and gathering necessary tools and materials.
  • Position and assemble parts using templates or measurements, ensuring correct fit.
  • Verify component specifications through measurement and resolve assembly issues.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
  • Maintain a safe, clean work environment and adhere to safety standards.
  • Monitor and manage supplies inventory, placing and expediting orders as needed.
  • Complete production and quality documentation, contributing to team goals.
  • Comply with corporate and plant safety standards and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a technical environment (light electrical or heavy equipment assembly preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Attention to detail, self-motivation, and multitasking ability.
  • Good finger and hand dexterity.
  • Ability to stand for the entire shift and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Stable work history with good longevity at past jobs strongly preferred.
  • GOOD ATTENDANCE IS A MUST!

Pay Details: $720.00 to $990.00 per week
