About the Role

Adecco is hiring Assembler associates to support production operations for our manufacturing client in Grantsburg, WI. In this role, you will help assemble precision components used across industries such as agriculture, construction, and data centers. This is a great opportunity to join a stable, fast-paced production environment with growth potential.


Work Schedules Available
  • 1st Shift: Monday – Friday 6:30am – 2:30pm

  • 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday 2:30pm – 10:30pm

  • 3rd Shift: Sunday – Friday 10:30pm – 6:30am

  • Weekend Shift: Friday – Sunday 2:00pm – 2:30am


Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble small components and sub-assemblies according to specifications

  • Operate assembly equipment and prepare products for shipment

  • Inspect and verify product functionality

  • Follow standardized work instructions and maintain accurate production records

  • Maintain quality standards in all processes

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (A3 problem-solving, 3-Legged 5 Why)

  • Keep work area clean and organized using 5S principles

  • Follow all safety policies and procedures

  • Meet or exceed daily production goals (minimum 90% attainment)


Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity

  • Ability to visually inspect products for quality

  • Comfortable working independently and in a team environment

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic


Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time

  • Lift and move materials:

    • Frequently: 1–15 lbs

    • Regularly: 15–35 lbs

    • Occasionally: up to 40 lbs

Pay Details: $19.08 to $19.58 per hour
